I experienced good hospitality. Staff/Nurse treat the patient well. Most important is they have a clear process defined from receiving the customer, analyzing patient issues, appropriate evaluation, and providing the right treatment. My surgery for cataract of the right eye was carried out on 5/12/22 by lasex surgery at Ooty by Dr.Mugdha. From the time I went in for consultation and put through all the tests I was put at ease and was very comfortable. The surgery lasted for about 20 mins and was discharged within a few hours. I was very happy with the surgery performed by Dr. Mugdha and the staff were very courteous and polite. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone undergoing cataract surgery in the Nilgiris.
