Terms of Use

• The Eye Foundation is providing online consultation through voice/video call with payment for the same done through the website or any authorised third party sites
• The appointment of doctors is subjected to availability and you will be provided with a free slot available in case of a rush
• Online consultation from a specific doctor/physician shall be available subject to his/her availability/willingness/discretion.
• Confirmation of your appointment with a specific doctor/physician, as per his/her availability, shall be sent to you via SMS and email. The Eye Foundation reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment without any prior notice
• The medical, health and personal information you provide to the Eye Foundation will be your responsibility. The advice of the doctor will depend upon the information you provide
• Doctors may seek appropriate information to understand the condition of the patient. This information shall include patient’s details including contact details, medical history, testing/investigations results/reports, prescriptions, card holder name and other relevant details
• If the information provided by you is inaccurate unintentionally or intentionally The Eye Foundation reserves the right to cancel your appointment without assuming any liability whatsoever. Hence, it’s advised to share relevant and accurate information
• Please ensure that you are equipped with proper video call facility like webcam, stable internet connectivity. In case of inadequate video call equipment, technical error or defective internet connectivity The Eye Foundation reserves the right to reschedule or cancel your appointment without any notice
• Doctor shall not be liable for misdiagnosis, faulty judgment, interpretation error, perception error, adverse events, inefficacy of prescribed treatment or advice, validity of the advice or prescription prescribed treatment or medication under any condition or circumstances
• The Eye Foundation online consultation is not for emergency life-threatening conditions, in such cases rush to the nearest hospital
