World Glaucoma Awareness week from March 8th – 14th

Glaucoma is one of the leading causes of blindness in the world and can cause irreversible blindness if left untreated. Can affect anyone above 40 and especially those with a family history or hypertension or with diabetes are at high risk. Early detection can save you from irreversible vision loss. In view of the “World Glaucoma week” from March 8 – 14, The Eye Foundation has organized a special Glaucoma Awareness program during these days.
