I was referred by my endocrinologist Dr.Niran to Eye Foundation. It was my first time visit for a diabetic retinopathy check up. Called the reception at 9 am for appointment and was allowed for 11.30 as requested. Reception staff very polite and did their job in few mins. Immediately was taken for preliminary eye check up. Within 10 mins all was done by the Doctor and advised to take drops for dilation and wait for half an hour. After around 40 mins was called to be examined by specialist Dr.Naik He was extremely cordial and completed the check up and handed me the report which fortunately says no issues due to diabetic. However the Doctor advised me to have a periodical check up every half year, which is due to two reasons (I) I am a diabetic and (II) I am nearing 60 and it requires regular check up to prevent any damage. I am fully satisfied with the facility which does not give the feeling like you are in a hospital type atmosphere at all. I am so delighted with the way every staff member starting from reception to doctor, treated me with their politeness and expertise. I thank each and everyone who gave their best of services today.
